My original goat milk lotion, made with raw goat milk, distilled water, shea butter, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, emulsifying wax, stearic acid, & a natural preservative known as optiphen, has now been transformed into something that might help you sleep a little better. With the addition of magnesium oil, it can be applied topically to your feet and calf muscles to help you relax, drift off to dreamland, and stay asleep for the night. I make 2 versions: one with Young Living Lavender essential oil, and one without.
